Chest infection ??? Or not x

Hi I have SLE and Addison's disease.i don't smoke but have this terrible discomfort and sore throat from coughing I don't want to bother the gp but have been having kidney pain also this past week so right now have several things going on if it's bronchitis will it clear up on its own and should I just take extra hydrocortisone and stop my methotrexate I haven't had a bad chest for many years and last time the lupus unit and not my gp diagnosed pleuratic rub not sure what to do really

Please do not leave these symptoms, especaily kidney pain, go to your GP as soon as possible , with a urine sample.
