Has anyone used Venetoclax?
My ex was diagnosed with CLL about 6 years ago and was at stage zero until this year. She is starting Venetoclax and immunotherapy this week and I was just checking to see if anyone had experience with this? TIA

3rd update to PSMA PET/liquid blood biopsy at uPSA 0.033 - cancer confirmed
Another reason for annual imaging and liquid blood biopsy testing at my very low stable PSA level: The statistical outlook does not fit my youthful, fit and otherwise very healthy 67. Just yesterday enjoyed a 9.2 mile rugged trail race with my 'younger' bother and daughter. I hope to draw on my efforts

Well wishes
Hi everyone, Thinking of everyone in this forum. I wanted to reach out and ask for some well wishes. My dad has been on Olaparib (lynparza) for the BRCA2 gene since October of 2023. His previous scans have been NED (last PET scan end of May). He is having a scan on Wednesday and I am feeling nervous

Trail???
I am offered simultaneous Taxotere and XMAb20717-04 due to progressive PSA doubling time in <8 weeks from 2 to 4+ This trial is sponsored by Xencor. I would appreciate any information. My recent PMSA-PET showed new tumors and progression.

Diagnosed today with small cell Mets in liver
I was diagnised 18 months ago with PSA of 125 and 2-3 Mets to bone. None elsewhere. Dana Farber in Boston put me on Relogolix and Darolutemide and brought my PSA down to .02 over 4-5 months , which was described as Super Responder. Had a PSMA PET SCAN, which showed nothing on the prostate and only one

Salvage treatment for radiorecurrent PCa
If I’m lucky I’ll soon be facing a decision as to which salvage treatment to have for radiorecurreent PCa. By lucky I mean that if upcoming tests show no spread outside of the prostate and I’m a candidate for salvage treatment. The salvage treatments I’m considering are SBRT, Brachytherapy and Cryotherapy

It’s come back…feeling like rubbish
After being on Olaparib for 2 years it’s back. I have had very low CA125 and a clear scan in June. Last week bloods went crazy and was asked in for a scan. Today they’ve told me there is evidence of disease. They think they might be able to do surgery and then chemo again. They’ve said now that it’ll

Radiation Dosage
My husband is going tomorrow for simulation for radiation for IGMRT. We were informed by the nurse that the dosage would be 225 cGY fraction each for the 25 sessions for a total of 5625cGy. Sounds like a lot? Concerned about the side effects and what to expect. Reading other people’s dosages they seem

Relieved!
just had CT scan to access pain and discomfort. All good! Also, lymph nodes decreased in size about 50%. My doctor attributes the pain to Zanubrutinib side effect. Hopefully it will only be temporary. Looks like treatment is working! Thanks for all the input!

Residual tumour regrowth
Hi there, I had surgery in 2021 to remove a large AN. My follow-up MRI scans showed that all was well--until the last one, which shows regrowth. It's slight (from 17 x 5 mm to 22 x 7 mm) but it still really scares me. My consultation with my neurosurgeon (the one who saved me before) isn't until the

Immunotherapy before/after or concurrent with Chemotherapy

They have suggested to do it before chemotherapy as the tumor cells will shrink during chemo treatment and they will not be able to get good quality
