just had CT scan to access pain and discomfort. All good! Also, lymph nodes decreased in size about 50%.

My doctor attributes the pain to Zanubrutinib side effect. Hopefully it will only be temporary. Looks like treatment is working!

Can I ask where your pain was. I started on Zanu about 3.5 months ago and have been having a lot of lower back pain. I'm treating it with physical therapy, but so far not much help. I've wondered if it has something to do with the Zanu.

The pain radiates from middle to lower back. I’ve never had back pain in the past. Some rib pain too but mostly in the back.

I wonder if a lot of medications are attributed to back pain... I'm on Venetoclax 10 months now and started with middle back pain which radiate to lower back pain. Pain started 10 weeks ago after 6 months on Venetoclax. Hope you soon feel better. Take care Sue x

My chemo pharmacist at cancer center said it’s a side effect of Zanubrutinib after about 8-12 weeks into treatment. Wish you the best too!

Im very glad to hear it. Ive got a CT scan today to check my lungs and liver because of a persistent cough and raised ALTs. Im on Venetoclax but also have Sarcoidosis so just hoping that my lungs are OK. x
