stage 4 endo
hi all, I’m 20 and just been diagnosed with stage 4 endo. My endo specialist has given me a couple of options. Either take norethisterone and see how that goes or surgery for excision. I want a family and he said some women can conceive naturally and others need help. I just wondered what other people

I have some findings of cribiform cancer in my cancer biopsy. I will start treatment with ADT this mnonth and SBRT in April, 2024. Cribiform cancer in the literature is associated with significantly worse outcomes. Does anyone have experience with this?

Radiation Sessions
I am considering proton therapy radiation for my DICS cancer found in the left breast. Six months ago, I had a dissection B - TAVAR for a torn aorta. I am very concerned about the radiation penetrating to heart and lungs. The main concern is if proton therapy radiation is so advanced, why is the standard

my anxiety has been ruling my life lately. I can’t do normal daily tasks without feeling intense worry or having panic attacks. My rescue meds make me too sleepy and it’s difficult to function at work.

47 years old. I had knee surgery almost 2 weeks ago and after the surgery I took the prescribed narcotics for 4 days. Every time I take these I get constipated. I started taking stool softeners (colace) and after a week nothing. I did a Fleet enema and finally 9 days after surgery I had a BM and it was

Hoping for some coping advice
Hi all, I’ve suffered with IBS for years, had colonoscopy, endoscopy and CT scan end 2021, all clear. Recently had proctitis (treated well) but now my bowels have gone crazy and new feelings I’ve never had!! Really bad bloating, gurgling, stomach cramps pain under left rib, going into back. IBS -

wegovy
hi has anyone used wegovy. As a weight loss drug and found it to have a negative impact on PA ? I have some atrophic gastritis and get pain from time to time and I’m tempted to try the wegovy but don’t want to further irritate my guts or compound problems.

Olaparib hasn’t worked for me . Anyone had this happen and had success with another PARP?
Hi everyone, I’m back of Chemo for 3rd line, this time with Carbo and Caelyx. This is just a year after 1st recurrence, Chemo reduced cancer to nearly NED, 7 months of Olaparib and then CT scan showed new tumour on spleen. CA125 36. Oncologist mentioned later trying another PARP possibly Rucaparib
