Cribiform Prostate Cancer

I have some findings of cribiform cancer in my cancer biopsy. I will start treatment with ADT this mnonth and SBRT in April, 2024.

Cribiform cancer in the literature is associated with significantly worse outcomes. Does anyone have experience with this?

Statistical significance is different from clinically meaniningful. It is no more risky than Pattern 4 and responds to all the same therapies.

Is Cribriform pattern different than Cribriform cancer?

It is a pattern of prostate cancer cell architecture - categorized as pattern 4 but noted separately.

I had cribiform in my pattern too and read the same thing you did. After ADT start (end of Feb 2023) my PSA went down quickly (and is currently undetectable).
