I have suffered from a 'funny' reactive gut all my life. Every thing affected it...rich food, emotions, you name it. Fast forward to today and months of pain and discomfort and all things toilet, taking whatever I could find to rid myself of it. Probiotics amongst them. I eventually turned to a homeopath years ago too to help me in all things health. So I continued on this path swallowing whatever I thought appropriate at the time until just recently my homeopath just happened to mention that probiotics and the like can upset your gut! So I stopped taking everything! Today I do not get daytime pain at all. I can wake up in the morning with a slight gut ache, probably by some food making a reaction or just anyway, but as soon as I arise my gut is fine. If I do eat something a bit off by mistake or too rich or just not suitable I will get a toilet reaction and gut ache for a day or two but aside from that everything is just fine! I have recently had to take many many painkillers daily for over 4 months for a periodontal issue and expecting my gut to react but it didnt and I am amazed. So I just wanted to share that with you. Everyone makes their own decisions.....

Very pleased for you, must be a huge relief. Perhaps its your attitude to not worrying about it too much, and letting your body do its own thing that's worked for you. I have abandoned years of restricting my diet, buying lots of different tablets, and worrying. I try and eat small amounts of as many different foods as possible, and just take sensible precautions to live with it. Good luck😀
