I prefer to not use something like Ovestin.

Does anyone have any info on the Best Bio-Identical Oestrogen Cream. If from personal experience that would be great.

I have recurring cystitis, due to Vaginal Atrophy. ( I am about to start using A Vogel Uva Ursi complex) as well as the homeopathic remedies I am taking)
