My friend's annoying comment
Hives
? Yep, probably me. I told you the list was endless. You may be given a TENs unit, get massaged, told if you just sleep and exercise properly I will go away.

April's Blog (Part 1) - Steve's experiences of being a male with lupus
Other problems I suffer with are; swollen lips a few times and itchy, hard, hot lumps, mainly on top of shoulders and on my head/neck which I've been told resemble
hives
- but I’ve not been told these are connected to lupus yet.

Somewhat belated introduction!
Early March signalled the start of hayfever season for me, too, which involves tight chest, wheeziness (unusual for my CVA), rashes,
hives
, itching incessantly, 'allergic shiners', flushed face, lightheadedness and a runny nose which makes me sneeze constantly.

Anybody recognizes this rash?
It started with
hives
, I've got them several times a week. Then it became this rash. It starts with an itch and I will lightly rub my skin, it will get red and warm and this blood spots come up. I do not scratch with my nails or something sharp.

Coughing for 10yrs+, think I have found out what it is?
Occasionally I get small, itchy welts/bumps on my face which I always thought were some form of "
hives
" but I think this may be connected with the Aspergillosis. I struggle to breath and have tightness in my chest.

TSH and trying to get pregnant.
I don't feel that bad, though I have been gaining a lot of weight despite a pretty good diet, and have had a lot of itching and
hives
but it's hard to know what could be diabetes related, what is just normal and what could be thyroid related!

Betaine causes hives
On waking this morning I have
hives
, brain fog, and fingers feel swollen. After morning honey, vinegar all feel better, but not normal yet. Is this a normal reaction to too much Betaine or just me?

Basic Q&As I thought to share
Skin manifestations include
hives
and eczema. Babies can also present with wheezing, irritability, facial swelling, and poor growth due to poor absorption of nutrients. - When should you contact or see a doctor or Paediatric Gastroenterologist?

Daughter feeling worse on levothyroxine
Her allergies got bad, and now she is on 2 daily antihistamines for ideopathic
hives
. Her face was breaking out terribly with acne. We had her see a psychiatrist who put her on antidepressants which made her much worse. As part of routine labs, he did a TSH, and it came out high at 7.1.

Vitamin D3 for pain?
I have been taking vitamin d3 at a dose of 10,000 iu per day (5000 am and pm) to try to help my chronic
hives
, and I think I've stumbled on help for my period pain as my last period was close to pain free!
