Building your lining

Just wanted to share this with you all that are currently trying to build your lining ready for a transfer. This is the second time for me to do this after a miscarriage at 15 weeks with my previous pregnancy. My lining seems to be quite a bit thicker this time. These are the things that I've been doing/ taking that may have contributed to this:

Folic acid, vitamin e, pomegranate juice, pineapple, yoga, lying on your back with feet vertical against the wall (increases blood flow to the area), beetroot, mango, greens (broccoli, kale, cabbage), high protein meat and fish, lentils, brazil nuts, no alcohol or caffeine and limit sugary foods.

Suppose anything is worth a go. If I were told to dance in circles and sing out loud id give it a try! I know there's no magic solution but hope this helps xx
