Hello
I've only ever done diets and never
healthy
living
so I've always been an all or nothing type of person. But it's time to make sure that I'm around for the longest time so I know I need to make a start.

24hrs post circumcision
Hi guys, I'm aware I'm probably just flapping here but basically I had circumcision done yesterday due to a bad case of phimosis, not a load of extra skin at the tip but it was just very tight and not willing to budge at all, should've had this done a long time ago as I'm now 27 but what ya gonna do

Leukeran (Chlorambucil) Rash?
In May of this year, I was diagnosed with Stage III CLL, and then a CLL specialist bumped that to Stage IV. In August, I started a course of monthly treatments with Gazyva and IVIg, and then 70mg of Leukeran at 15-day intervals. In November I began itching with each round of Leukeran, and then the itch

IVIG
Hi all I recently had my second of 3 ivig infusions as I have had sinusitis and bronchitis for almost 3 months. Currently I'm finally feeling better and no side effects. My main issue is and has been for years is shortness of breath which I'm thinking is due to enlarged lymph nodes in my lungs and

Rant on recent circumcision
I had a circumcision on the 22nd November for medical reasons, I've been suffering with balanitis over the last couple of years but 6 months before the operation, I was suffering almost every 6 weeks with it. At the consultation I was given 2 options, the first was to remove the head of the foreskin

Bluehorizons Alternative???
Of course they have to make a
living
& I don't begrudge anyone a
healthy
margin, but there is a limit... IMHO this company is taking advantage of sick people. So I'm looking for a good alternative. Where can I get my FT3 & RT3 tested for a fair price? Thanks

I am seeking some insight. Brief history of my son. He had a bone marrow transplant in 2013..a side effect from it is that he developed ITP and had his spleen removed in 2013 and is currently being treated with 25mg Promacta. His platelets range from 10,000 - 65,000. When he has episodes of bleeding

Vegan, Cavolo Nero and lentil bake with sweet potato topping š
Good evening all its me again LOL. Bad Hare mentioned cavolo and thought that must be worth checking out so I bought some and made a bake with it using split yellow lentils (moong dal) with chopped cavolo and added onion garlic and chilli which I'd lightly fried in olive oil to soften, I added a little

Healthy slow cooked baked beans (slow cooker recipe) 107 cals
I loved baked beans, but not so happy with all the sugar that is added - the low sugar variety just don't taste nice to me! So here's a healthy version of baked beans - I make a huge batch and freeze them in batches of 2 portions. Easily defrosted overnight and added to breakfast (as I did this morning

Hello everyone, I got circumcised 2 months ago due to struggling with phimosis. Now i'm having this problem... Exercise weekend
I got my 2 mornings of rowing done this weekend and feel accomplished and tired. Saturday morning started off with light rain. I woke up my husband and got a lift to rowing. I didn't fancy cycling in the rain then rowing in the rain. Saturday is the busiest. We have the junior teams, men's and the

Erectile Issues - Urgent
I'm 21 years old and when I first started masturbating I experienced the full pleasure of it (around ages 13/14) but for many years now it feels like I'm only feeling around half the pleasure of it or so? almost as if there is more ejaculation to come out once I am finished. I am able to fully retract

PCOS--a Thinster
I, myself, manage to live a fairly
healthy
life when I am not laid up with asthma issues.
Living
in Japan, it isn't so difficult to eat a mostly
healthy
meal--but man, sugar is my greatest demon. I crave it to an unnatural level, though I can usually curb it except under stress.

Any tips on developing willpower?
I've tried and tried and i just don't seem to be able to enjoy "
healthy
living
." I find
healthy
food to be bland, expensive and time consuming to prepare. Exercise leaves me feeling miserable, disappointed in myself and if anything makes my depression feel worse.
