Home made Carrot and tomato soup with onion rings in batter.
Hi everyone,
I bought too many local organic carrots so waste not and all that I decided to be a martyr and have some home made carrot and baby tomato soup with some onion slices in a batter of soy cream and gram flour.
I cooked the carrots added the tomatoes garlic black pepper ginger low salt bouillon

Here's what I made for dinner tonight I had some local organic carrots cauliflower and onions so I gently cooked the onion in a little olive oil to soften it then added crunchy peanut butter coconut milk with curry spices, coated with golden linseeds and pumpkin seeds to give it some extra
