So I signed up on Saturday night after a day of being very lazy and gorging on absolute junk. I went to bed that night feeling disgusted with myself. So whilst in bed I found the NHS plan and this app and thought I would give it a go. Had been looking at restarting the new WW plan but seems rather expensive just now and on the run up to Christmas I thought best keep my cash.
Anyway I am 3 stone overweight with a BMI of 30. I was at the DR Last week for a thyroid check where I was weighed and she calculated my BMI. I’ve felt awful about myself for a long time and instead of doing anything about it I’ve just kept eating rubbish and not doing any exercise and hiding away.
Yesterday I started my healthy eating plan. I looked up healthy recipes and went shopping to stock up. I prepared healthy lunches for work this week and I went on a 45minute walk yesterday, something I’ve not done in a long time. I felt great yesterday and so positive it was a lovely feeling! I am a working mum so time is not on my side however I plan to go walking 3 times this week for 20/30minutes and hopefully take it from there. Fingers crossed I can keep this up this time and reach my goal!!
