Cardiac artifact diagnosis for ECGs

Is there anyone else with similar ECG pictures with cardiac artifacts? The artifact wouldn't explain why my heart rate went 37-41 per minute or all the problems I get through, including chest left shoulder, hand, left side neck, head, pain, and pressure, speach, balance, walking difficulties, etc. I am without treatment working for me right now, Bisoprolol is making me worse with low blood pressure and heartbeats. Anyone else? I will try to post a few years ago tachycardia diagnosis ECG, the past year and the present ECGs. What shall I do, with this diagnosis? Thank you.

I showed this strip to a cardiologist friend of mine who said that it shows multiple premature atrial beats followed by a QRS but there are some P waves that are not conducted and are followed by a compensatory pause. Therefore these blips are not artifacts but nonconducted atrial premature beats. Your cardiologist should review the strips to see whether he/she agrees with that interpretation. I hope this helps.
