CFS or Pyroluria?

Can Hashimoto's cause iron deficiency?
Haemoglobin
is still normal at 13.4 (for now). Basically, to recap, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease last year. GP put me on Levothyroxine, couldn't stand the side-effects, and stopped taking it. However, my TSH went from 5.6 to 11.2 and I started up on 50mcg Levothyroxine again.

Please will you share your thoughts and knowledge on my very high ferritin level and what I can do about it? AlsoT3 dosage and blood result.
My GP has half-heartedly established (over many many months) only that my liver function is within 'normal' limits and my
haemoglobin
is fine. I was taking one 20mcg T3 on waking and one at bedtime.

Hi, Could I please have some advice? If my TSH is 2.9 and my Free Thyroxine is 11.9 is that normal? I am suffering fatigue and flank pain.
Other bloods fall within normal range but
Haemoglobin
, Corpuscular volume etc in low normal range. C Reactive protein 0.4 (after two courses of antibiotics) Glomerular filtration 90. Also have brain fog, neuro issues, joint pain, dry skin, loss of libido, frequent infections, etc.

Had my check up 2 weeks ago and the WBC was 56 and
haemoglobin
12. The Dr said 12 is low. I was disappointed as I have been taking iron tablets for a year. Is 12 very poor result or not too bad? Is anyone else only 12?
