Pyroluria is an inability to synthesise and metabolise oxygen from haemoglobin, resulting in an inability hold sufficient zinc, Vitamin B6 or B3 in the body.

And a test for it just in case anyone is wondering. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after a heap of misdiagnoses now recently diagnosed myxodema. This stuff just goes on and on with a crossover range of similar symprttoms.

There are many signs and symptoms of Pyroluria which can occur at any age but is brought on by stress. There seems to be a familial or genetic component as it is most often seen in females and runs in families. smartnutrition.co.uk/he...

This is really interesting - never heard of it before, but it certainly ticks a few boxes for me in terms of symptoms (and [mis]-diagnosis of CFS). Thanks Clutter!
