Do any of you suffer from very cold hands and feet or is it just me. Or is it norm for the likes of us.

Advice re: Flu Vaccination and chemotherapy/Avastin
Hello, has anyone had the Flu vaccination since coming off chemotherapy? I finished chemo 7 weeks ago, but I'm still having Avastin/(Bevacizumab), every 3 weeks, but i'm worried about having the Flu vaccine, (as I've avoided having any vaccinations for 27 years, since I was diagnosed with M.E/Chronic

14 day quarantine from child who has received live flu vaccine needed?
My 11 year old daughter, who lives with my ex is getting a flu jab tomorrow. The school nurse has advised us not to have contact for 14 days as it is a live vaccine. Is this necessary? I had my own jab a month ago.

New study explains important cause of fatal influenza
It is largely unknown why influenza infections lead to an increased risk of bacterial pneumonia. Researchers at Karolinska Institutet have now described important findings leading to so-called superinfections, which claim many lives around the world every year. The study is published in the journal PNAS

Operatic thyroid/body function
I've tried to formulate our thinking on how the HPT/body axis works. This came to me as a useful analogy.
Thinking a bit more I think I have producd an overarching analogy to the HPT axis. The body is a stage. The performance is an opera on that stage. On occasion, the chief singer and a projectionist

Thin lining - Raspberry leaf tea - hot or cold?
Does it matter if you take the raspberry leaf tea hot or cold? Of course I understand ideally hot so it also makes the uterus warm, but usually I leave the tea bags in a hot water cup to sit and brew for sometime. Many times I forget, and when I remember the tea is already cold, and I just chug it like

Flu Vaccine
Hi dears.. I am CLL and on Ibrutinib now for 4 months. All my Drs have advised that I should tale the Flu vaccine. Yet all the people I know - who are not CLL - had some fever and much fatigue for at least couple of days. So I am afraid that it would affect me badly given my low immunity. What
