Thin lining - Raspberry leaf tea - hot or cold?

Does it matter if you take the raspberry leaf tea hot or cold? Of course I understand ideally hot so it also makes the uterus warm, but usually I leave the tea bags in a hot water cup to sit and brew for sometime. Many times I forget, and when I remember the tea is already cold, and I just chug it like a glass of water.

Just wondering if I’m missing the important part of the process which might be more effective with a hot tea sipped slowly.

That's exactly what I do 🤣 i dont think it matters if hot or cold, its what's in it that matters xx

It doesn't matter! I drank this hot in winter and for our most recent cycle it was the middle of summer so just made a big batch in the morning in a jug and drank it during the day like juice. I also took the raspberry leaf tea tablets this time too and go my best lining ever and our BFP. Good luck.xx

Can I ask, see with the raspberry leaf tea, should I wait until after my baseline scan and then have it? Think it would be a bit pointless beforehand but just wanted to check

I’m not the expert with when and how to take it. I started after the baseline.

Yeh that makes sense. I’ve never tried it before but I’ve had one successful IVF and one ended in a miscarriage so might give it a go
