Eliquis and CBD gummy’s
I am taking 5 mg of Eliquis two times a day. I started taking 20 mg of CBD Gummies which has helped my mood and pain immensely. I did some research and read that you should not take CBD with Eliquis as it can be very dangerous causing an overdose of Eliquis. Has anyone here tried taking CBD with Eliquis

Hot spot on foot ??
hi folks. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Little question-has anyone experienced, what I can only describe as a hot spot on top of my right foot. Not there all the time, regularly feel flash of heat in same area, no redness, just like someone put hot pad on it. Quite annoying to be honest

Keto, Eggs and PD Meds
So I decided that Keto was the way forward. Tried it when I was first DXed for 4 weeks but didn’t help. I probably expected too much in too little time. Anyway, 7 years later and I’m ready for the ‘big push’. Got my larder full of erithytol, almond flour, Keto snacks, MCT oil. Yesterday I had a breakfast

Should I switch from Riveroxaban to Apixaban?
I'm a 64 yr old male and have paroxysmal AF. 3 years ago my cardiologist put me on Riveroxaban as well as Flecainide.I have not had any issues with Riveroxaban but seeing all the comments,I was wondering whether I should switch to Apixaban given that it is better for gastric bleeding.

Meloxicam or Arcoxia?
Hi, my GP has suggested I try Meloxicam instead of my consultant-prescribed 60mg Arcoxia/Etoricoxib, because even with Omeprazole my tummy feels sore after 3 consecutive days on Arcoxia so I have to pause pain relief. When I was first prescribed Arcoxia 8 years ago on diagnosis of PSA and spondylitis

Doc Martin and pseudogout
The doc diagnosed pseudogout in this weeks episode and said it was related to thyroid.Googled it and found hypothyroidism is one of many conditions related to pseudogout. I am pretty sure I have had it three times in big toes and dehydration was the most likely cause.

Hi, Just wanted to ask if anyone is taking Allopurinol 300mg ? If so how long have you been taking it and how quickly has it bought your uric acid levels down ? I was on 100mg per day and mine came down from 558 to 460 in 2 months which was the end of July. I was increased to 300mg per day and started

Blood cell size and shape data?
I've now been on Rux/Jakafi for about six weeks. My blood count numbers haven't changed in the last two weeks, so may be stabilizing at or near normal levels. I'll be more confident about this after my next blood work in two weeks. That being said, I wonder if anyone can enlighten me as to the meaning

Spacing between Peg injections
Hello, I’ve been on Peg for PV for 2 years. Now down to 45 mcg every two weeks. Platelets remain where my doc wants them (between 100 and 200). Despite PV, I have only ever had HCT at higher end of normal - never higher than that. Over last year, my lymphocytes have been a bit low but no cause for concern

Low uric acid
I have had pain in the joint near the big toe on my left foot for some time. Being a possible symptom of gout, I just had a blood test and the results were flagged for being low. The standard range for uric acid is 3.8 - 8.4 mg/dL and my level is 3.6 mg/dL. Not so low as to be alarmed, but it does

Incontinence Clamps
I recently posted a question regarding AUS surgery and I want to thank all of you who replied to my post. Before I fly back to America to have this surgery performed I have been wondering how many of you are using clamps? From what I've read the Cunningham clamp appears to be one of the more popular

What about Taurine?
Surprised a search for Taurine in this forum turned up virtually nothing. I've gone 80% Vegan on my diet so I don't get a lot of Taurine from foods. I did a little research to make sure supplementing with it wasn't pro-PCa. I'm trying to keep my supplementation regimen as simple as possible though
