glucosamine

NOACs and supplements
Some supplements do increase the ease with which blood clots eg FishOils,
Glucosamine
, Vit E etc. Can they be used safely with an NOAC? Should they be taken at a different time of day, or should the amount of NOAC be varied etc.

Miaxial trial
Recently after some online research I came across Miaxial, a powder formula with 5-HTP, magnesium, malice acid,
glucosamine
and chondrotin. And have received them today. Just taken first one (I have 3 months supply at £60. Expensive so hope it works. Anyone else tried it?

Frustration... osteoarthritis?
I've also started a
glucosamine
/chondroitin and gelatin routine. My knees felt better the last few days so I tried just a little light jog today. No go. My knees hurt again. So I walked only to make up the thirty-minute workout.

Woohoo it's sciatica (I've not pulled a ligament /hurt knee)
it means I can still run, in fact exercise is recommended ha ha , I never even clicked the pain in hip or muscle around ankle back of knee where linked just thought was my unfitness of using them first time in years , so my dodgy knee hasn't t let me down, gonna stick with my knee support and the

Borax - has anybody tried this for their arthritis?
I also take
glucosamine
/chondroitin/msm, magnesium and vitamin D supplements daily, and I take Epsom salts baths 3-4 times a week, which are lovely, again I think both help. Within my research I have been reading that 'Borax Water' is a long lost remedy for arthritis.

Does glucosamine supplements work?
Hi I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone has first hand experience of
glucosamine
? I've recently be diagnosed with mild osteoarthritis and I'm considering taking supplements to help prevent further damage. If this is possible!

Is glucosamine safe?
Iv`e been taking
glucosamine
sulphate for about a month to try & get rid of tendonitis in my wrists & shoulders, & I read yesterday that this type of supplement causes osteoporosis. Does anyone on this site know if this is true?

Mid life crisis? Who cares, I've Graduated ;-)
I had sore knees, and took
Glucosamine
for two weeks. I also did the NHS Knee Exercises - I stopped the tablets and my knees are fine. These knee exercises are fantastic, and I use them for my warm up Tendons? At least I think they're my tendons....
