Help with latest Blood Test
Hello, I’m hoping someone can give some advice on latest blood test please. I am on 100mgs Levothyroxine. I did trial T3 but didn’t notice much difference by taking T3really. Im not sure if this is because I wasn’t on a high enough dose of L4 at the start of trialing it. I have taken the D1o2 test

Hello, Everyone was so helpful last time I posted about being stuck on 3 mg of pred for nearly 5 years and suffering flares when I go lower and the rheumy's desire for me to start methotrexate. With your support I told them I wouldn't continue with the methotrexate. It had a wretched effect on me and

Too Much Omega 3 triggering AFib?
I care for a family member with an AFib history. It has recently reared its head again after several years without an issue. I have been trying to find a possible trigger. One of the possible things I suspect is that it may be the overhaul in her diet the last couple of months. I noticed one day

I wrote in a week or so ago about rib pain and protruding left rib cage. Since then I've been to see a private rhematologist, then the practice nurse at my local NH surgery, and lastly took myself to A&E locally on Sunday. The rolling spasm I feel on and off just under the left ribs is the upper

My endo management kit
I've unknowingly had endo for about 10 years, dismissed early on I just ignored the fact my periods sometimes felt like a miscarriage. About 3 years ago it got so bad I couldn't ignore it anymore and 2 years ago I left work. In these two years I've tried everything I could think of to change it. I can't

Started my grandmother on TTFD
I am my grandmother's primary care taker. I recently learned about HDT and decided to try it on her. Every morning I videotape her eating, which I will use to see if her condition gets better or worse over time. She is 87, having parkinson's for at least 25 years. In the last year her on-state dyskinesia

I have had 2 doses of alendronic acid and am currently experiencing a first painful, now vision- impairing inflammation in my right eye (steroid drops prescribed).. I see this mentioned as a possible side-effect of AA. Has anyone else experienced this?
