Hi everyone....Iam posting after a very long time

As now Iam going to start my Embryo transfer cycle for my second child

I have my son through ivf who is now alhamdulillah 3 yrs old

I jst wanted to ask to all those mom to be or bak Sen wen u people Were pregnant what vitamis minerals supplement do u suggest like the best one u all have trusted .please do tell me guys

Which is the best supplement to take while pregnancy if omega 3 which brand and if u can please attach a picture of the supplement please 🙏

Maybe you could ask your clinic/doctor what supplements they would recommend .Good healthy diet - fruit and green leafy veg[ also take folic acid 400mcgs daily ] are important
