Update on my liver cancer
I have just had a telephone call from my Liver Consultant. He gave me an update from first being told I would receive radiotherapy, this has now changed. I have to have a repeat CT scan and an MRI scan. Once I have these they are now looking at operating on the part of the liver where the cancer is

How does one distinguish cancer related pain vs musculoskeletal pain due to ADT ?
I am on Orgovyx since 2 months and added Xtandi 3 weeks ago. Been getting musculoskeletal pains , mostly around late evening. Not too much - moderate kinds. My question is are there any pointers which can help distinguish which pains are due to ADT and which may be due to the cancer itself ?

Cystoscopy post salvage radiation
It's been 2 years since I completed salvage IMRT to surgical bed and pelvic lymph nodes. My MO recommended I have cystoscopy after reporting 3 very small clots during 1 week in urine (about size of crumbled picecs of corn flake). I decided to have one as curious to see what looked like post salvage

Hysterectomy at 45?!?!
hi all, I am just about to turn 45 years old and I have had endo since I was 20. 5 laparoscopies over the years, hormone treatment, several pills and I’ve just had my coil removed as I still had periods etc every month. I am at my wits end now, but I’m wondering if a hysterectomy at 45 is a good idea

Mind/Emotion/Body connection
Hi, folks. And that we are not powerless or have no control over our diagnosis other

Had a PSMA scan that showed 2 Mets, one to lymph node, the other to a rib. Well there is no cure for me now. The met were radiated about a month ago but my side where rib is still sore. I assume the cancer is growing. They decided to not use ADT. I know that I am at the end. So getting my affairs in

Request for MRI Linac
My husband at MSK is getting his external radiation for the entire prostate with extra radiation to the pelvic nodule in October. I have requested for MRI Linac and our RO who heads the department wasn't sure if he would use it as he said he will use the GRT. I requested again at his last appointment

Pelvic Lymph Node Study
"Review suggests many men with early prostate cancer may not need lymph node removal." "Doing so may help them avoid harmful side effects, such as disabling lymphedema. But even more importantly, leaving the pelvic nodes intact might also boost the success of newer immune-based cancer drugs, the experts
