Dear all,I've been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer since 2021 they're metastasis on lymph nodes around my prostate and both of my lungs, I got lupron and x-geva injection every 3 months, plus x-tandi pills (3 pills daily), I've been experiencing fatigue, and both of my legs pain especially on both of my thighs and my heel, I am exhausted with all the side effects, I don’t know what to do, I've been hospitalized more this year from my other pre-existing condition, I have diabetes, cirrhosis, fatty liver, high blood pressure, and two months ago I have bells palsy and still recovering from it too, is anybody have the same reaction from side effects of my medication?, I really need answers.

Sorry to hear what you're going through. I think I can answer your two issues. First I think you have Neuropathy in your legs (ask doc for Gabapentin).
Next, your Bells palsy (facial) will eventually fade away. Is Bell's palsy a serious condition? Bell's palsy isn't a serious condition. Most cases go away on their own with time.
I am not a doctor, just a patient. Keep plugging away.... and don't get depressed.
Fatigue is very common, along with aches and pain. Some mitigating activity: Walking. In spite of leg pain, try to walk each day. Start small and increase incrumentally. Try for a month. Set a goal each week.
Cannabis, if available, can help. Use only sativa based. Indiga makes you sleepy and stupid. If it doesn't help in a week, drop it and ask your doc about drugs that elevate seratonin in the brain.
