Long story short, was undetectable for approx 2 years until I hit .oo6 in April of 2024. Fast forward to August it shot up to. 88, about a 15 fold increase in 3 months. Had the psma pet scan dont at Dana farber yesterday and the results are below .Uptake into left lateral l4, intense Uptake into iliac chain lymph nodes of 10x8mm, intake into the right superior pubic ramus measuring 1.9 x 1.7mm and a low level intake in the right femoral neck.

I have an appointment with my mo's PA on Monday. I'd be curious to hear what course of action I might be looking at from people who have experienced a similar path. Of course any input from TA would be appreciated.

Ps I would have posted the actual test results but I couldn't figure out how to copy/paste that report.

TIA
