Your thoughts pls!
Hi lovelies, We have been on this IVF journey for some time now and this year I am 42 and diagnosed with low quality eggs. After a year of egg batching and embryo freezing, few months ago we had our first FET with a 5 day embryo PGS tested which resulted with BFN. Out of those cycles we still have one

First time for FET
Hello, I am having my eggs frozen for the first time. The clinic is worried as my blood levels are to high and they are concerned about OHSS. This is my second round. My first round was a BFN. Has anyone else had a FET? If so could you explain the process to me plz? I’m anxious as to what to expect

what provoked my CLL?
Educating myself about CLL, I read that prolonged stimulation of the immune system in combination with genetic mutations and / or predisposition leads to CLL. I see myself as the ideal candidate for this disease. In a study about 10 years ago, it was found that one of the little proven risk factors

2WW HELL
Hi Ladies, this is my first time back in the 2WW in almost 5 years. I'd forgotten how torturous it is. I'm currently 6DP5DT. Time time I have had a natural cycle FET but clinic gave me a trigger shot after transfer, no progesterone so can't put anything down to drugs.. not that there has been that

Transfer day!
Hi everyone, thanks to those of you who have given me advice so far on this first cycle of ours, it’s been so helpful 🙏 I’m going in for FET later. One of the things they mention is coming in with a comfortably full bladder. Wondering how people gauge this - I understand a lot of pressure is applied

Cycle length after IVF
Hi All, I’m just wondering how many of you have had egg collection done & then had a gap before having embryo transfer, & what your cycles were like in that time? I have always had 28-29 day cycles. I had egg collection done on 2nd May & have had 2 periods since then. My embryos have been frozen whilst

6dp5dt - BFN - any hope for me?
hi all, I’ve been lurking on this forum for a while and only just got the courage to sign up to ask a Q. I’ve just had my 4th FET & I’m currently 6dp5dt of a semi-hatched blastocyst. I tested this morning & really wish I never!! It’s a big fat negative 😩 on all previous 3 transfers I got strong

3DP5DT FET T
Hello ladies, I had a natural FET at a new clinic on Thursday, all very different to any cycle that I've done before. This time the only thing I've been given was a trigger shot immediately after the FET. Has anyone heard or had his themselves? I'm slowly going out of my mind knowing that I'm going

Trying for a second pregnancy and symptoms (no live birth yet)
Hi ladies! I’m hoping some of you might be able share your experiences with me please? My second FET led to a viable pregnancy (but he passed away late on in pregnancy) and I’m wondering if I should experience the same symptoms during the two week wait when trying again? Around a week after my

help with embryo grading please!
I have changed clinics and have just had embryo transfer. They grade embryos different to previous clinic so I’m not too familiar with them. Hoping someone on here can help explain. I have transferred a day 5, grade 1-2 blastocyst. And we have frozen another day 5 1-2 and 2-2. We have a further

I am 5weeks6days pregnant today. Never been told by clinic to abstain from sex but too scared to try. Heatwave and possible impact on implantation
I know this is (hopefully) probably a silly question but I had my FET on 12th July and I keep worrying that this heatwave is going to affect the chances of success. I live in London and it was over 30 degreesC on transfer day and forecast to get to 38 degrees (!) by next Tuesday. I read somewhere

Hi I had a positive pregnancy test at day 25 today of our last month trying naturally with Letrozole and Cyclogest..... I usually have a 28 day cycle - we were starting our treatment next month our final FET. Should we not take this as pregnant until day 28? The line is really dark.... I am a

50% survival rate for top embryos after thawing?
As the headline says, how frustrating is this! Today we did our second FET. They told us the first embryo didn’t survive thawing process (a 4AA rated embryo) so they have to thaw another one, which survived. What worries me is this is exactly what happened last time during our first FET (after a

How to build support around you during a cycle?
I'm struggling a lot this cycle - more than I expected. I know the drugs make me feel low and anxious but I'm feeling so lonely during the process, and pretty let down by friends and family. We've been through this many times before and were super lucky to have had my daughter (now 20 months) through
