2nd failed IVF -38 year old female - Tell me there is hope!
Hello everyone, I had my OTD on the 24th and it was negative after my FET on the 10th. I also had a fresh embryo transfer last year which also failed. Has anyone over the age of 38 had success with IVF? I have PCOS but have an abundance of eggs (the docs have told me this) so that’s not the problem

Dreaded testing…
when did everyone test and at what stage did you get a bfp after a FET? I’ve had a transfer today of one embryo and praying he or she sticks! Hoping I wait till at least this time next week but my blood test isn’t until Monday 6th Feb! X

decapeptyl injection this week but spontaneous period has appeared
I’m due to have my decepeptyl injection on Friday to restart the process for my first FET. it’s been a few months wait, and just today I’ve had a period and worried that’s going to delay even further or if it won’t affect it, if anyone has any experience of this that would be massively appreciated! Really

how long after a miscarriage can you start new treatment?
hi all, Our 7 week scan was a week ago and sadly we saw an empty sac. We went to the epu on Saturday and discussed options for a planned miscarriage, but it came of its own accord on Sunday. Now I’m thinking about next steps and wondering how long I should wait before another fet? Mentally I feel

embryo transfer catheter
Hi all I had my second FET today (first ended in chemical) and whilst it didn’t take long, they had to swap catheters from a soft to a firmer one to get a clear path in as they struggled with the softer one. Has anyone had this happen before? I know google isn’t helpful but I naturally have been using

Worried about FET timing
Hi all, I'm currently on my first FET although I have had many fresh done before which were all unsuccessful. I am on day 10 and from ultrasound the lining is 8mm. The clinic has scheduled the transfer for a week and one days time and I am really worried this is too long given that the lining is already

In despair
I’m 38, almost 39 and about to start my 5th ivf cycle. My husband and I had a huge row tonight about how we’ve waited too long to start our 6th round. July was our last egg collection (with transfers in between) and the next will be end of feb. He’s worried that my eggs will have deteriorated drastically

Care Manchester or Create Fertility Manchester better for over 40
Hi All, I would appreciate if you would PM me with some advice on 2 above clinics. I am 41, AMH 4.2 last year. I have completed 3 cycles (5 transfers) which resulted in 1 TDMR, 2 BFN, 1 chemical and 1 early miscarriage. I have stayed with the same clinic so far but my consultant doesn’t want to try

Failed FET
Hello everyone, Friday i got the terrible news that my FET didn't take. I was wondering how long after a failed medicated FET are my periods going to start? My previous 3 transfers were fresh, this was my first FET.

Period after FET and progesterone therapy
hi there. Did anyone else have a very weak period after their failed FET? I’ve had very light ‘bleed’ just when I wipe for the last 2 days, FET was 5 days ago. I did have some what I hoped was implantation bleeding the day after the FET but only had 1 day where I haven’t had some kind of spotting since

The feeling
Firstly, I want to say how incredibly blessed and grateful I am for having our first double rainbow ivf baby, who is sleeping next to me. Ever since he was born we want a sibling for him. We planned it, everything is ready and now is the time to call the clinic and start the FET cycle. We have one euploid

Feeling unwell after failed transfer. Is this normal?
We found out on Thursday our FET was unsuccessful. I stopped my hormone medications that afternoon, so I have had 2 full days without any estrogen / progesterone. I also stopped the Inhixa and have started to reduce the steriods as advised. Since yesterday I have felt really unwell, I cannot seem to
