Most clinics want you to wait for a month before a new fet. Maybe there are clinical reasons for this? You can ask if they will go ahead and see what they say.
As for the first question, what does your consultant/clinic recommend?
My clinic said they have comparable results with either approach. They are automatically recommending medicated for all (one size fits all NHS clinic) because that suits them to schedule more easily the transfers. I don't have any medical knowledge but I think if you don't have regular periods then natural might not be an option. Also some clinics don't do any monitoring with the natural, one blood test to confirm lh surge and That's it. So if your clinic is like this and you want more reassurance maybe medicated is better
There is also a modified natural protocol for fet where they give you tablets to mildly stimulate a follicle growing and administer a trigger to accurately time the transfer. My clinic does not offer this though but I see a lot more clinics are offering this now.
Hi sarahkhoury. No, not really, as they need to plan from the first day of your next period. Trust your clinic, as they want you to be successful too. Good luck! Diane
