TSH of 0.06 - need it back to normal before transfer - HELP!

Hi all,

So my most recent TSH result has come back at 0.06 after normally being around 1.79?!?! I’ve recently had a chemical pregnancy and I’m wondering if this has affected my thyroid in some way?? I can’t think why else it would drop so dramatically.

Doctor said to repeat test in September and if it’s still low I’ll have to speak to an endocrinologist. We had planned an embryo transfer for October and I’m worried we won’t be able to go ahead with this.

Does anyone know how I can elevate my levels??? Clinic won’t transfer until it’s at least 0.2 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank you 🙏🏼

Hi.Sorry to hear about the chemical pregnancy. Best to test FT4 and FT3 as well as TSH to give you the full picture.

Are you on thyroid medication?

Hi, thank you for your response. Not on anything yet as doc wants a second blood test with TSH and T4 and T4.

Have a healthy diet -fresh fruit , avocados ,whole grain ,beans ,chickpeas , beans [ rich in zinc ] nuts and seeds . Gentle exercise - a variety of workout routines . Try to reduce your stress levels and rest when you can .Good luck with your appointment in September
