Vitamin D3 & K2 recommendations
I need to add vitamin K2 to my ever expanding supplement regime & wondered if anyone can recommend the most cost effective way to take vit d & K2? Is there a combo? I have just finished a bottle of Swanson D3 soft gels which I think were great but I feel like I take so many supplements already that

VitD deficiency and plantar fasciitis
Just diagnosed with severe vitD deficiency, reading everything I can. Developed plantar fasciitis 3 weeks ago and found this in a good article, too late for my fingers, some are well deformed, but hope to rid myself of the heel and calf pain: Vitamin D is routinely provided in tablet, capsule or oil

Reliable test
Hi everyone, I'm new on here, I'm just wondering how accurate the test for coeliac is? After years of suffering bloating, constipation, diarrhoea and feeling generally unwell the doctor did some bloods and I have deficiencies in B12 (had the loading dose) Folate, iron and extremely low vitamin D3. All

My ENT has Poisoned Me! 🤢
I can't believe it, things were going so well with the running. Then I had my "MonstrousRun" where cramp turned me into a stumbling monster. Then last Monday, after hydrating well, warming up properly etc I set out on Week 4 Run 1 with Sam, full of positivity, and was nearly crippled with cramp and painful

Results for vitamins and minerals
Hi I am a 30yr old female and I am hypothyroid. I have results for vitamins and minerals but GP has told me not to worry about them and has sent me for counselling because I queried their levels. The only thing I supplement is vitamin D3 which is prescribed to me at 20mcg. Current symptoms - difficult

Vitamin d3 and k2 ratio
Hi, Feeling a bit overwhelmed buying supplements. Was just wondering if anyone knew how much k2 you should take in relation with how much d3 you're taking. My level was 20 (>25) I've been on 20,000 d3 twice a week for 4 weeks and have another 3 weeks left before I'm assuming my gp will tell me to buy

Ferritin, folate, vit D and vit B12 help please
I have the results below for ferritin, folate, vitamin D and B12 below. I take 800iu vitamin D and I have been taking this for 4 years. GP has been adding this and taking it off again a few times. Practice put "no action required" for the ferritin result and the GP told me my folate was only a few points

Sotalol and vitamin D3?
Do any of you any knowledge concerning possible interference between Sotalol and vitamin D3? I asked our cardiologist who just "make a face" asked what is it and just finished conversation. I do not ask you for ADVICE just for your opinion , if you have any. I do not have ANYBODY to consult with

I'm new here, but not new to PMR
It's encouraging to me to hear how you all are coping with PMR. My 1st bout with PMR was 13 years ago, I was in my mid 50's. Pretty much text book case....on steroids for two years. This time starting, 15 months ago and starting taking prednisone since April last year. Taking the usual, AA and Adcal-D3
