Corona- now home from hospital!
My Revolade medicine (trombopoetin) was halted, still my platelets escalated to 419 (should be 50-100 on Revolade) I took daily shots of
Fragmin
to prevent clotting of blood. Blood work every morning at 04.00 to check platelets.....

BFN 8 days post 5 day embryo transfer
I literally can not go through another cycle and have made the decision not to use the 2 frozen embryos we have and with that I have decided to stop taking my progesterone and my
fragmin
injection. I wish all you ladies good luck on your journeys.

Fragmin
The clinic said I can us
fragmin
for the next transfer if I want. My blood ttest for clotting etc all came back fine. Clinic said its unnecessary. Shall I use it or not bother? Please let me know what you think as husband typically said it's all up to me. I take all the decisions alone.

Pain in arm after cannula
I have APS & maintain an INR of 2.5-3.5 on Warfarin but was bridging with
Fragmin
, last injected 24hrs before so whilst all this was going on I basically had no anti coagulation cover. Since then I have had a painful arm, vague dull ache that’s worse when I use my arm, lift something etc.

Anyone else in the same boat?
So I've been on warfarin (plus 18000u
fragmin
) for just over a month now, I'm currently on 11mg daily. My INR is still sitting at 1.6 (desired range is 2-3), so has actually gone down since leaving hospital despite taking a way higher dose. Could there be underlying issues why it's not rising?

Also, I’m taking progesterone injections & pessaries, and
Fragmin
injections. I run out of these in 5 days. I really want to keep taking these until at least 12 weeks. Would this be normal? Sorry for rambling ladies but still can’t quite believe it!!!

PUPO - The 2WW!
Due to previous miscarriages, I’m taking daily Lubion injections as well as crinone gel, and also daily
Fragmin
injections. Any advice for the 2WW would be welcome. I’ve taken a couple of days off work to chill and trying to eat as healthy as I can.

Oct. gallbladder surgery!
I will come off my Coumadin, and use
Fragmin
(injectible) to bridge prior to surgery. I’m glad my General surgeon wants to err on the side of caution and keep me in hospital overnight to insure my Coumadin has my INR at a therapeutic level.

Hughes syndrome antiphospholipid syndrome
My practice in this situation: a short 3-week therapeutic trial, for example, dalteparin (
Fragmin
) 5,000 – 10,000 units s/c daily (or Clexane). I have found this to be one of the most useful therapeutic trials in my practice. The effect is often clear-cut– ‘no change’ or ‘very successful’.

Massage and APS
I'm a bit anxious because my last PE was one week after having a pregnancy massage I hadn't been diagnosed at the time however I was on
fragmin
& aspirin and informed the therapist of my clotting history both on the pre assessment forms and verbally. Has anyone been told not have them?

Has anyone had trouble getting
Fragmin
? I’m having a minor surgical procedure on Tuesday so will be bridging with

The protocol where I live says you can’t keep
Fragmin
at home you have to have a new script filled every time you need it.
