Orphenadrine
My hwp had been using ophenadrine some time ago and stopped because of fears around using anticholinergics. However, his unrelenting battle with sciatica has me wondering if it might not be worth taking the risk. He is a well person in every other way, but the pain has him battling to do exercise. He

Bunion operation
Hi, I am having a bunion operation and hammer toe correction next week (minimal invasive surgery). I'm currently on 3.75mg prednisone. Should I follow sick day rules, maybe increase to 5mg, or first discuss with surgeon and anaesthetist? Thank for this very helpful forum.

I recently posted a question just prior to my neurology visit about my gate being off and got some really good answers however after visiting my neurologist I was put on a medication called ampyra. Anxiety
Living with this condition is so hard. I struggle to find the good in any day, and it makes me loathe everything around me. I take good things and make them bad, and always think I’ve done something wrong. I check the stove top to make sure it’s off at least three times every morning to make sure

Upcoming cataract surgery
Hello, I am so grateful for this group and the information and advice I have gotten here. I hope someone can help me with this: I am having cataract surgery next week and wonder if any of the medications on this list, which they MAY use, would have an adverse effect on my RLS: ofloxacin (antibiotic

Non Alcoholic Liver Disease
I was diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Liver Disease Cirrhosis. Am I allowed to drink any type of alcohol or not. I’ve never been much of a drinker. Special Occasions Only. Normally I would drink WKD. Is that still okay to drink or should I stop altogether?

Purging
For a while (4months) I was borderline anorexic. My weight loss really upset my wife so I started eating again, which was hard but doable. Now I'm struggling with purging. I can't do it after most meals because it's too noticeable to my wife but when she's asleep or at work I purge at least a couple

Anyone have side effects from omenectomy?
Hi everyone, I’m after some advice. I’ve decided to have a preventative total hysterectomy with salpingo-oopherectomy (one ovary is already gone with my OC tumor - I’m one year NED so far). I also have endometriosis too, so I’m hoping this helps stop that pain too. My procedure, together with a hernia
