I’m out of things to try and feeling very desperate . Does anyone have any experience with either of these treatments? I’m truly suffering and I’m not sure how much more I can take. I’ve tried so many medications and alternative therapies I’m very lonley and I’m worried my depression will never stop.

Hi Turtlehandler, I am so sorry that you are suffering and have tried so many things. Props to you for carrying on, there is so much out there, and hundreds of thousands of therapists maybe... I wonder how many there are.
I haven't tried those two therapies, but I think many others on here have. You could try searching past posts. I loved ketamine therapy. I also love the book "Feeling Great" by David Burns. I wish you peace in you journey☮️
