Asthma and Gerd my experience so far...
So this week I've gone to a non acid diet and a low
FODMAP
diet plus added in Proboitoc and Papaya enzyme. To be honest my diet was not bad and id excluded acid and caffine, gluten and dairy months ago which did help.

Hi, So I have previously tried
Fodmap

The FODMAP diet
But with keto, calories are obtained from cream and fat and some cheeses but these are not permitted in
fodmap
. My tummy was no better ( or worse) following a keto diet which is gluten free. I'm also worried about protein - eggs are permitted but no cheese.

What is the cause of my stomach pain? I thought it was ibs but it seems to have moved...
I had been doing the low
fodmap
diet for a while which didn't do much. Sometimes I would feel better and sometimes I wouldn't. Then I decided to fast for three days to just reset my system.

Still looking for answers and a diagnosis after 3 years - losing heart. Any ideas ?
She suggested a dietitian and
FODMAP
diet (already done and made no difference), then a neurologist (already done and nothing unusual found in nerves or brain), then back to my GP (who has already told me that this has gone beyond primary care) and then suggested a psychiatrist.

Should You Be Avoiding FODMAPs?
Here’s a helpful
FODMAP
food chart for reference and a list of other
FODMAP
food reference charts. Would a Low
FODMAP
Diet Help You? To determine if you are sensitive to high
FODMAP
foods, you can do a self-test. Start by eliminating high
FODMAP
foods entirely for eight weeks.

Feeling a lot better
Hi all I wrote in here a few months ago and said that my doctor referred me to see a Dietician so I could follow the low
FODMAP
diet under a Dietician; I had my first appointment in January and my second one last week.

Question about IBS d
Also my doctor has asked me to follow the low
FODMAP
diet and exercise which I am doing. Besides that he told me to take a number of blood tests and stool and urine tests. After seeing them he has now asked me to do a urine culture and a sonography of the abdomen.
