Tiredness - low on iron
- had watercress and red pepper for first time this week (been reading up about the
FODMAP
diet - trying things that are low
FODMAP
) - anyway I am not surprised I am low on iron - has this been the experience of anyone else with IBS?

A long wait!
There is a visiting dietrician that I saw yesterday after a two week wait, she is passing me on to a
fodmap
dietrician (at last) So cross as I have been asking different gps for about 3 years now always fobbed off (no one here to help, long wait etc) quizzed the dietrician about this, she had been visiting

Night time pain sufferer
I find I cannot tolerate so many foods including some low
FODMAP
foods like salmon, courgettes and tinned fish. Am taking probiotics, digestive enzymes and apple cider vinegar as well as mebeverine occasionally. Nothing has helped much so far. I have a very boring diet as so much bothers me.

Newbie - IBS Advice
I've tried
FODMAP
in the past and found certain foods I can't eat which I avoid all the time and recently had to stop eating red meat for the same reason. Anyway, I'm basically wondering if anyone has any advice of anything that may help ending this miserable flare up!

After all these years, I think I've cured myself
I've tried to avoid my 'trigger' foods, tried elimination dies,
FODMAP
and never got any relief that lasted for more than a few days. A couple months ago, someone on this forum mentioned Phenergan. I started taking it, one 25 mg pill before bedtime. It *massively* helped my diarrhea.

Worst getting rid SIBO
I was then put on a
FODMAP
diet and Orageno Oil as a antibiotic. Just under 2 weeks later are worst than when I started, bloating, stomach ache, nausea. So come off the pills to see if reaction to them. Anybody else had issues with this, not sure I have SIBO anymore.

Clear out laxatives
I will probably have to have a prescription for this, before I visit my GP can any one recommend one of these bowel cleansers that is suitable for the
FODMAP
diet, as I believe some contain ingredients best avoided.
