Copper IUD or IBS?
I also ate some high
fodmap
foods which could contribute. Does this sound more like a combination or IBS and extreme period pains? Or could it be the coil causing extreme pain / could it have moved? I think I'm getting paranoid that it's fallen out lol.

FODMAP Snacks
Hi all Just after some ideas for
FODMAP
friendly snacks. I work out and about in the community and struggle to find things that I can eat when I am out so trying to get some more inspiration on what I can take out with me or what I can buy out that's ok.

Advice about pain in IBS
He doesn't really have diarrhoea or constipation and he has changed his diet to the low
fodmap
diet. He has been in this pain for nearly three months now (which is constant). When the painkillers wear off every four hours the pain is there straight away. Is this normal of IBS.

Probiotics? Switching Medication? Need advice.
I know it's best to try the
FODMAP
diet on top and other stuff but if I can get a start while I wait for further referrals again that'd be awesome.

Changed my life
I must say that the
Fodmap
diet changed my life. I had suffered from IBS for 2years and was very frustrated , when a dietician put me on the diet.

seriously fed up
Have had all of the tests, done
fodmap
, tried probiotics. GP and consultants have run out of answers. I am so fed up of having to start every day like this.

IBS hypnotherapy
She has had every test known to humanity and tried various diets including
FODMAP
. But the problem remains and is extremely distressing and spoiling her life. She is seeking to try hypnosis as a last resort. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations?

Constant rumblings and grumblings!
I've tried the Low
Fodmap
diet but I find it so restrictive that I end up falling of the wagon! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The
FODMAP
diet does help. If any one has Sibo with IBS - C, I would welcome your thoughts.

Low FODMAP ready meals?
I'd love to find a range of low-
FODMAP
friendly 'dingables'... no wheat, no onion/garlic, no peas... you know the drill. All the gluten free stuff is getting better and better (in terms of taste and variety) these days, but they all still contain onions - an absolute no-no for me.

Breaking the serie of bad days
Moreover, my GP suggested that I should try
FODMAP
diet for my probable IBS (under diagnosis). The diet is very restricted in phase 1 (3-8 weeks), and I am very bad with restrictions for longer than 7-14 days. And I have nobody to talk to about it.
