That's really great news- long may it continue.

Do you plan to cut down on the Neupro or Gaba?

Well done.

Wait now I am confused. I have been doing stuff I've seen here but this diet contradicts some of those things. If it makes me better I'm on it. Point me in the right direction. I've been so careful with what I thought was the correct diet now here's one I've not heard of before fir RLS. DOES IT HELP?

Hey Crazyleggs. I too, have heard about this fodmap diet and how some folks, like beady3, says it is a great help for them. That is awesome! I have not tried it and therefore have nothing to share. Hope it continues to work for you beady3.

Crazyleggs, if you hear anything more about it, would you please let us know? Thanks.

Thank y Beady3. I'm checking out the fodmap diet on the internet now. I'm in California so as soon as the sun comes up and stores open I'll go shopping for what's on the list. Any advice as to a daily plan?

Hello Crazylegs

Have a good read through the Fodmap diet plan and choose whatever you like from the list, there are lots of choices, you just have to be aware of what is on the list and DO NOT deviate from it.

Breakfast

Gluten free cornflakes, dairy free yogurt and a few grapes

Lunch

Fish and veg. Sandwich with glutin free bread & filling (on list) fruit & dairy free yogurt.

Dinner

Glutin free pasta, with choice of other food on list

Drinks

Caffeine free tea & coffee

This is a quick answer to your question, but there is plenty of choice and I don't feel restricted by this way of eating.

Although there will be some that say "there is no evidence, for this to work"

All I can say is that "it works for me,and is certainly worth a try"

Hope this is of some help, let me know how you get on

Hi Beady3

I see you are on the Fodmap diet plan, has it really worked for you? As most of us I will try anything.

Very best wishes

The answer is you never know what helps. But I do know I have been doing so well on the food plan and the last few day when I had all that sweet stuff my nights were murder, like you you will try anything it's not hard to follow but I don't cheat what's the point. Good luck
