Covid booster before or after!
- Do I cancel my
flu
jab and book my covid booster for next week instead (I don't want both too close together) But if I do, would 3½wks give me enough time to recover from any side effects. OR:- - Do I risk leaving my covid booster till after the wedding and have my
flu
jab as planned!

Recovery from colds/flu whilst on Adalimumab
In that time I have managed to avoid colds/
flu
until a couple of weeks ago. Have felt quite unwell and presently doesn't seem to be ending.

Nasal flu vaccine transmission
For anyone who has children, or close contact, and is on immunosuppressants, have you been around children who have had the live
flu
vaccine and been ok?

Rough few days
I was hooked up to two IVs, largely for hydration, and ended up finally being discharged Friday afternoon, on meds for the
flu
, and got to have that final radiation treatment. Since I had the
flu
, I was taken into the treatment area right away and didn't spend any time in the waiting room.

Waiting game
Hi everyone, I don't have the
flu
jab, mainly because I have so much pain in my arm and it makes me feel so unwell, doctor not happy as I have severe COPD, not had the jab for last 3 years, touch wood do not suffer from colds
flu
etc. No covid follow ups either.

arrhythmia and the flu and Covid vaccine
I had a physical on Wednesday and since I hadn’t received my
flu
and Covid vaccine yet this year went ahead and got them. I came home and did a workout and felt fine until evening when fever and chills hit along with some mild sporadic heart arrhythmia.

do I need the spring Covid shot?
On October 10 of 2023 I received the Moderna bivalent booster, as well as the
flu
shot and RSV shot. I came down with Covid, for the second time, on March 20 of 2024. First time was April of 2022, I am doing fine now.

Will a COVID (or flu) vaccination affect my blood results?
If I have a blood test 3 or 7 days after a COVID (or
flu
) vaccination - will it affect my blood results? Should I perhaps make the vaccination after the blood test, so that there is no potential issue interpreting my blood results?

Afraid of Low blood counts
I'm afraid, being that she's 81 years old and more susceptible to
flu
/infections. Is this normal? I'm assuming this is temporary? Is 3.5 too low, like alarmingly low? Thank you all !

temperature fluctuations
I have had a problem with my body being very hot to touch with
flu
like feeling, shaking and all over body pain. My cheeks are flushed with a rash on my chin and neck area. If I measure the reading on my abdomen it can be as high as 39 degrees and has been higher than that. I had rigours too.

Covid/Flu jab query
Thank you to everyone who replied to my post. Overall favourable outcomes following both jabs at same appt but one thing is certain for me, I'm immensely grateful that I live at a time when the protection of a vaccine is available to us all if we choose to take it.
