Using flexiseq - tips please
Lovely people on here have suggested I use
Flexiseq
. I have just started to use it. No noticeable effects yet, but it says it might take a few days. The instructions say to allow it to dry for 10 minutes.

Confused about PMR, arthritis and effects of pred.
I was managing ok with a stick and
flexiseq
on my knee though limited walking and it was slowly improving but shooting pains down my shin and foot. But combined with the left hip, I was very disabled. I also started feeling shivery and chilled, like getting goosebumps in waves.

Flexiseq
has helped a lot fortunately and weirdly it’s even helped improving my vasculitis on the ankle better than the prednisone has!

I have ordered the
Flexiseq
but have to say that the pains in my wrists and hands are gone thanks to upping the prednisone. Still I will have it in store when it arrives as at my age I am sure some other pains will rear their ugly heads!

Ibuprofen gel 10%
I've stopped using it and now using
Flexiseq
gel. By the way, for those who answered my post a few days ago, I've booked an appointment with the Rheumatologist in Bath that was recommended to me. Trying to get my insurance onside now. Beevbops

Osteoarthritis in knees, feet, spine, hips and shoulder - Turmeric
I rub in
Flexiseq
which I truly believe helps but as I've got it so bad, I can't afford to use it everywhere £18.99 a tube it doesn't last long. GP said to try these but would really like to know they work as in so much pain especially walking. Thanks for any advise.

Am using Glucosamine gel and
Flexiseq
to try and encourage movement but to no real avail. I also massage my hand and fingers as much as I can.

Very painful knee has anyone used Flexiseq
I asked was
flexiseq
available on prescription but it's not, has anyone used this cream and did it help, its quite expensive but would be worth it if it worked. Dr give me coidene and a cream called axsain with no drugs but contains capsaicin from the chilli.

Flexiseq Gel. Is it safe for us to use?
I have been recommended by friends to try
Flexiseq
Gel to rub on skin for joint pain & swelling. But I notice that the first ingredient listed is Phosphatidylcholine - a phospholipid.
