Has anyone tried flexiseq? Because of the OA in my left knee and the need for a replacement I ve now tried this thanks to some recommendations - and it really helped. Not for long but enough to let me leg get me up and out for an afternoon plus go up and down the stairs

I have some tiger balm that i have had in the house for a long while and i have been using that on my hands and then i put my support gloves on top and i think it has helped. xxx
Hi I’ve been using it for well over 2 years and like to think it’s improved the creaking stiff knees( but don’t need a replacement ) so tho expensive I wouldn't be without it.I do Physiotherapy recommended exercises to strengthen the muscles etc around my knees as well and these have definately helped take the pressure off the joint and help flexibility so probably a combination of both cos the Flexiseque helps increase the synovial fluid around the joint.Either way I’m walking and doing everything much better than before so I’ll keep on going. As I said expensive, but for me it’s been it’s worth it!
I was suggested to buy that by my chemist, because of the RD meds I was on... he said not to use others,,but Fleziseq was safe to use. had awful pains in knees,RD and Oesteo..before replacements. It does help..hi
