What is 'normal' bleeding during a cycle that used a castor oil pack?
Hi I'm new to this network but thought someone might be able to help me. I have severe endo and usually suffer with pain throughout the month along with any other symptom common with endo. My cycle average is 28 days and this is fairly usual for me. I've been TTC naturally for the past couple of months

Hi Guys, In 2017 I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had my right Fallopian tube removed due to a hydrosalpinx (blocked Fallopian tube) ever since then I had always question my fertility and weather I would ever be able to convince I’m only 23 and they had reassured me that my fertility would never

Krill oil anyone? Interesting research to start for Lupus SLE
Hi all http://lupusnewstoday.com/2018/08/29/new-trial-assessing-potential-krill-oil-ease-lupus-symptoms/ However the participants in the trial will be those who eat seafood two or less times a month(?!), so will probably show an improvement anyway... as shown in this 2016 article: http://lupusnewstoday.com

FSH & LH levels
On 9th May my FSH level was 19 and LH level 7. On 19th May 2018 I stopped Cerelle. On 3rd August my FSH level was 42.8 and LH level 22.4. Does that make any sense? Can they change that quickly?

what are common ibs food triggers?
been recently diagnosed with IBS-D (make that urgent, uncontrollable D) and it seems like everything triggers it! My doctor did not recommend trying the low fodmap diet (and I don't think I could!), so I've been trying to eat more healthily while avoiding IBS. As per my gastro doc, I am taking IBgard

Have I, haven't I?
Apologies in advance for how "all over the place" this post is! After a conversation with my doctor, I've just been left feeling unheard, brushed to the side and confused. I first went to this particular GP back in June to talk about my pill and the fact I was ALWAYS spotting for 6 months and i wanted

Essential oils
In my search for relief I was asked if I had tried essential oils. Has anyone here tried this therapy? I looked it up online and there are some suggestions for using essential oils for RLS.

I am in such a muddle. GP has advised I take T3 only and immediately stop taking daily Levothyroxine 125mcgms .
This summer a GP confirmed I have Hashimotos following an NHS Thyroglobulin Autoimmune Antibody result of 3.000. I have been Gluten and Dairy Free ever since. Private tests, see below, confirm a lower result, 1275.000. I am hoping my diet and supplement approach is starting to take effect. For two months

Does anyone else remember this?
I was taking my daily
fish
oil
capsule this morning when my husband mentioned that his cousin actually used to chew hers when they were given them daily as children. That suddenly brought back memories of National Dried Milk and Welfare orange juice and cod liver oil.

How do you keep busy mentally, physically, socially etc... to help manage loneliness, self-worth?
This has been a big test of of character I’m sure for all of us. I’ve tried to find ways to stay active mentally and all other ways to beat depression, loneliness and self-worth! What do you do on good days? On bad days? On good days, I try and do the things I love! I listen to music, sing along!

Soooo I decided to rub a bit of essential oils I had for my birthday into my pulse points as I wanted a good night’s sleep......googled it after I put it on (something just came into my head that I shouldn’t have used them) and yes low and behold not to be used in pregnancy. Tried to wash it off and
