Hey friends, so we are all on here for the same general purpose- Self Improvement.
I myself have been fighting this for over 12 years and have had about enough! I want to take back my thoughts and life! I joined this group to find resources and support.
If any of you have any tips tricks or ways to help alleviate morning anxiety help a sista out
Some incredible resources I've found was:
-Facebook has some really great support groups!
- You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an awsome life- this book is awesome!!!!!
-Phone a friend/parent
-How to unfck your brain Podcast- focuses on mindfulness, anxiety and self-doubt.
-Meditation
-CBD Oil
-Diffuser w/ essential oils
-Can't think for yourself? Put those earphones on and jam out to some of your favorite tunes. (drowning out the negative thoughts) Try doing some chores while doing this, it will increase your endorphins!
-Do simple tasks throughout the day (make your bed, smile at a stranger, compliment someone). THIS GOES A LONG WAY!
