Anti coagulation
I have never been tested for this missing factor 5 but take turmeric,
fish
oil
and vitamin C to prevent clotting. I am 60 years old and have never had a blood clot. I put my health in God's hands first and foremost!

Ideas for staying asleep (not falling asleep)?
My 7 yo son falls asleep the instant his head hits the pillow, but he gets up several times each night. He takes care of himself at night (uses the potty and back to bed), but it really disrupts his sleep and leaves him always exhausted. This has been going on for years. We recently started epsom

Inappropriate call
Hi all, I’m writing this because a) I feel heartbroken, b) confused, c) angry, d) very anxious. All because I received a call from the clinic nurse on the day my ivf drug schedule arrived. This is my first cycle of ivf and we have been waiting such a long time to start due to issues with professionals

Day 9 follicle scan IVF
I've just had my day 9 scan. I'm on long protocol with synarel and 375 gonal f I'm 29 with low AMH (4.5) normal FSH and other hormones. I felt my scan yesterday was disappointing and my clinic also appeared the sane and didn't offer and reassurance but suggested it's likely I may just get one egg.

Fish Oil - Little Benefit
There was a news item on the BBC (I cannot post link on my dumb phone) that said researchers had found there was no real evidence that
fish
oil
was beneficial to the heart. Indeed it was taken off prescription years ago.

Castor oil packs anyone?
Hi - I'm curious to know who uses castor oil packs on here (castor oil smeared over pelvic area, covered in 2 small sheets of white towelling, hot water bottle on top), or who has tried them in the past. For those who use them - how often do you use them, and how long for at a time? Do you find them

Well I was the lowest I've been so far last week. Crumpled on kitchen floor sobbing episode. I've been trying to get my 2nd cycle of a package of 3 underway, but keep getting scuppered by cysts, endless cycles, sleepy ovaries... Plus the clinic's invoicing has been less than transparent and even our

Sleep or lack of!!
Dear All We are hitting a new era of agitation in the daytime and at night. Daytime I am managing but the nights are exhausting. So looking to the experts ( you guys) for ideas to improve my husband’s sleep. I give his night time sedation (Clonazapam)at 8pm in the hope it will settle him. Put

Good morning folks, 6 weeks down the road on PRed (began 60 mg now down to 40 mg) and getting used to the roller coaster ride of it all with GCA. I am now sporting the latest look in the news seasons 'Moon Face' but managing to keep weight off with a strict high protein, low carb vegan diet so friends

Decided to go to a park I used to go to as a kid near where my parents live. I think it helped to distract me, remembering
