Help Understanding Results

Hi. In January I had a FIB-4 test score of 3.1, indicating advanced liver fibrosis.

I subsequently paid for a private ELF test with a score of 9.2 indicating mild to moderate liver fibrosis.

I went to see a consultant and he said the only way to be sure is to get the scan.

Today I went to the love your liver roadshow in Hereford and had a fibroscan with a result of 4.7, which is normal.

I don’t know how to interpret these results. Two separate tests indicating a problem with fibrosis, that isn’t fibrosis according to the scan.

What else could cause the blood results? I also have a slight pain / twinge in the right side of my abdomen.

Thanks.
