Hello. Link below implicating T4 and integrin αvβ3 in scleroderma. I developed scleroderma right after starting levothyroxine. I have saved a couple articles about the possibility that Hypothyroidism could be protective for autoimmune diseases but I haven't read them yet.

Have you ever been tested for adenosine deaminase deficiency? It's tied to vasculopathy.

Integrin αvβ3 and levothyroxine = cancer are much better researched. Happy to provide links. In case it isn’t clear, I absolutely loathe levothyroxine.
