Managed my second run with Sarah Milligan today. Not easy but better than Sunday. I am hoping diet and exercise will reduce my blood pressure so I no longer need medication. I am currently taking Ramipril 5 mg. once a day. I think that is quite a low dose. Love to hear from others with similar plans

Hello. Yes for sure diet and exercise will help u to manage ur bp efficiently. Eliminate fried food sweets and have fruits and veggies nuts. Walking cycling aerobic exercise will also help.
