Advice needed please
As anxiety is a big part of my miserable life, it's usually pretty bad on waking and throughout part of the day but eases off in the evening to where I actually feel OK but am not feeling OK in the evenings with the anxiety still there,

IBrance Vacation?
And my
fatigue
is also rising. Has anyone taken a vacation from IBrance to reset its cancer fighting effects? An oncologist(second opinion) told me a couple years ago that sometimes a break from IBrance can work. Any thoughts?

E-Consultation Endocrinologist or Thyroid Specialist Recommendation?
Hi, I have been suffering from symptoms of hypothyroidism including extreme
fatigue
and sensitivity to cold. Every doctor I see says my TSH is within range and I do not have hypothyroidism. Got a nutrition test done and levels all optimal. Testosterone is optimal also.

Beta blockers and leg pain
I am experiencing
fatigue
and leg pain. It can be quite bad. I don't know if it is because I'm back to work and on my feet all day or if it could be meds related? Does anyone know if the beta blocker and the leg pain are relevant to each other? Many thanks 💚

are we allowed to use wheelchairs?
hi, are people with chronic pain and chronic
fatigue
allowed to use wheelchairs? I feel weird about using them because I can walk a short distance, but if my partner wants to go out for longer than 10 minutes I end up in agony and he has to carry me back. I feel like I’d be judged if I got one.

Questions about TSH and other test results
One that improved, but didn't resolve, was the periods of
fatigue
. Since then, brain fog that limits functioning occurred most days, so that traveling is nearly impossible, and
fatigue
most days makes even simple things like going to hear music in the park out of the question.

fibromyalgia?
CRP is low, no visible or palpable inflammation, but I still have constant aches,
fatigue
, low mood and brain fog. So today we discussed probable fibromyalgia. I don’t know what to think about that - it feels like a cop out?! Please tell me your stories, good and bad, about fibro ☹️

Possible GCA?
Hi, I’m at my local ER, because for the past 3 or 4 days I have had a chronic headache, severe neck ache and significant
fatigue
. In addition, my left temporal artery is puffy and tender. No scalp tenderness. No fever, though I may have had a slight one last night.

feeling invisible
Don’t get sciatica and
fatigue
after walking 1000 steps like I do. My son in law said I’m not productive. But I am happy with the little quiet niche I carved out for myself. I survived stage 3 cancer- surgery, chemo, radiation, 6 years of tests. I survived a divorce after being together 30 years.

I have

but put it down to being a mum to young children. I think it’s unrelated but I also have polycystic ovary syndrome.
