Protocol tips for low AMH?
Hi everyone, just finished my 2nd cycle (just turned 43, low AMH, ok FSH, base follicle count of about five total). 2nd cycle: Had a 5 day fresh transfer of a ‘good’ rated embryo, sadly without success. 6 follicles, 5 eggs, 5 fertilised, one blastocyst, on long protocol. 1st cycle: no transfer, 5

About to have my first Ferritin infusion
Hello from Tasmania, Australia. Briefly, I have had RLS for over 40 years. I am taking 2mg of Pramipexole and 1200 mg of Gabapentin per night which enables me to get a few hours of reasonable sleep . I also have to be careful not to sit for any length of time during the day or the RLS crank up. Tomorrow

Flare after short synacthen test
I've been on Pred since April 2022, starting at 15mg and have reduced to 3.5mg - it has taken work, but I've used Dorset Lady's super slow reduction protocol and it has got me to where I am now. I had a short synacthen test 3rd July to see if I would be able to come off Prednisolone, but had to immediately

total knee replacement triggering RLS
I had a left knee replacement surgery April 10th this year. My right knee is also “bone on bone” from osteoarthritis and I’m dreading getting a second one as its been a rough recovery, and the RLS return has me worried too. 4 months out I’m getting stronger week by week although I’m definitely not

GP has requested USS of Thyroid and Endocrine opinion. I have been told it’s possibly Overactive thyroid which is normally

Thoughts on T3 dosing please.
I take T4, alternating days with 100 and 125ug. Also T3 15ug each day. All in one go at 5am (I set an alarm). I know you guys have said consistency is key with T3, because it has a short half life. However quartering the tablets to get 15ug (3/4 of a tablet) is awkward. So I was thinking, cogitating

Treatment resistance
I have had genetic testing done. I have tried almost 75% of meds listed that are supposed to help but they wear off after a few months. I am feeling hopeless. Anyone have a suggestion for treatment. I am in a coping skills class.

Help with T4 and T3
Hi everyone, I have been taken 75mcg T4 at bedtime. I swapped to bedtime years ago as I felt better. Taking the T4 in the mornings was dire. I could not even start moving until about 2/3 hours later. I have since been given T3. Now on 20mcg. I take this about 10am in the morning. It is not really

T3 when to take it
have been put on a T3 trial by a private doctor who specialises in thyroid conditions, just wondered what time of day morning and evening is best to take it, as have been told to take it twice a day. Been on thyroid medication for over 70 years. For a underactive thyroid. As members say the thyroid
