anyone else had genetic testing?
Hi well I’m back after a long break after previously having 2 BFN when we tried donor eggs with icsi. We’ve saved up again and decided to give it one last shot and this time the consultant recommended we try genetic screening before having any embryos implanted. Just wondered if there is anyone else

After Four Cycles of Ra-223
After four cycles of Ra-223 sadly it seems not to be doing as well as we would of liked. I have numinous new uptakes (to numinous to mention) as well as an increase in size of some of the older sites while a few have decreased in size or disappeared the new activity is outweighing the overall success

First time pregnant
I took this today what is everyone's open on this test?? Some people I've showed said it looks positive just trying to get some opinions on it.. I have been trying for two years with my husband and this is the first time I've ever seen this in all the pregnancy test I've ever took before.

Ferritin, B12 and folate results
Hi all I’d be grateful for any advice on the following results and details of the best supplements to take if you think I should boost them? The ferritin seems particularly low (even if it is technically in range). I eat red meat and leafy greens but struggle with things like liver so I guess I’d

Does Immunotherapy cause Vasculitis?
Hi, my Mum had vasculitis in 2013 following a bad infection, she continues to take 5mg prednisone to this day.Sadly she has been diagnosed with a stage 2 tumor of the cecum which because of her age and frailty at 81 years old is suggested to be inoperable. Genetic testing reveals its a type of cancer

Why does Paul Robinson insist there’s no such thing as adrenal fatigue and T3 will fix low cortisol. It certainly hasn’t in my case .
I’m currently using armour thyroid at 2 grains and feel bloody awful. Same old same old symptoms I get when I try to increase Levo or Levo/t3. My adrenals suffer. I know it’s adrenals because I’ve been doing this for almost 5 years now. Really surprised with his info/advice which makes me doubt everything

Has anyone had improved thyroid labs or reduced their thyroid medication, after optimising their ferritin, B12, folate, or vitamin D?
I'm currently on a bit of a mission to try and get my ferritin, B12, folate and vitamin D to optimal levels. I'd love to hear anyone's stories or experiences of getting these nutrients up, and then finding their TSH, T4 and T3 levels improve and/or they have to reduce their thyroid medication. It would

Thyroid - related test results
Hello Is anyone able to interpret the test results my endo requested in addition to the usual Thyroid tests? These are they: FSH 9.4, LH 2.8; Prolactin 190; Testosterone 21.3; Cortisol 350. I think he's concerned about my Pituitary Gland. ALSO: I've been tying myself in knots over the equivalence

Kidney blood test
Hi all I 39, workout 3 times a week, don’t smoke or drink alcohol and I had a SCAD heart attack 2 weeks ago. Completely shocked but I’m being positive. I’m now on dissolvable aspirin and Ramipril. I take the aspirin at lunch and Ramipril at night so well away from my T3 and T4 which I take first

Prolactin
Have shared the possibility of prolactin feeding advanced pc with mo/urologist . Dr's found the possibility of lowering prolactin interesting but have never heard of anyone using in their practice. If anyone can advise of a doctor using this in their protocol please reply so I can share with my doctors

Just a quick update, Endo appointment 👿
went to Royal Liverpool Endo dept , was hoping to see the consultant who is on TUK Uk list. Unfortunately this did not happen, the person I saw was less than helpful, see I can be tactful, sometimes. Introduced herself as diabetes consultant and she lived up to that name. The first thing she said

Visiting Turkey to Buy T3 (Tiromel)
Has anyone been anywhere in Turkey recently (or recently ish!) to buy T3 over the counter? Now that the Greece over the counter route appears to have stopped, I'm considering looking into Turkey. I would much rather buy in person than relying on something being legit when ordering online/buying through

To split or not to split?
I have decided to start self medicating again and used the company I first used to buy some thyroxine. They have changed brands and now only supply Eltroxin in 100 mcg tablets. Tbh I didn't even think about that so ordered some thinking I could just split them as I felt 50 was a better starting point
