When I was well and few years ago these were my blood test results which I am

aiming for again. Can anyone tell me the percentages for these two please.

FT4 19.70 ( 12-22)

FT3 6.06 ( 3.1 - 6,8)

I would like to try and obtains these percentages to feel well.

Using the first calculator, the percentages work out like this:

Free T4 (fT4) 19.70 pmol/L (12 - 22) 77.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 6.06 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 80.0%

T4:T3 Ratio 3.251

These are the instructions for the calculator on this page thyroid.chingkerrs.online :

Using the calculator

Input values for the result and also for the min and max range

If both min and max are entered then the calculator shows the % of the result through the range

Copy the results to the clipboard using the "Copy" button; then paste them elsewhere

In other words, enter the values from your own test results (i.e. your personal number plus the range numbers). The calculator will give you your test result as a percentage through range.

Example: Your test came back as a TSH 2.8, range 0.4.- 4.5

Entering those numbers in the relevant boxes gives a value of 58.5% (see screenshot attached)

Some people find this helpful to understanding how their current medication dose is working for them, based on their test results.
