Visiting Turkey to Buy T3 (Tiromel)

Has anyone been anywhere in Turkey recently (or recently ish!) to buy T3 over the counter?

Now that the Greece over the counter route appears to have stopped, I'm considering looking into Turkey. I would much rather buy in person than relying on something being legit when ordering online/buying through someone else.

So, if anyone has been, whereabouts in Turkey did you go? Did the pharmacies have Tiromel in stock, or did it need to be ordered in by them? And if so, how long did this take?

Just in the very beginning stages of thinking about this. Turkey not an idea place to go, as can be quite difficult for gluten free from everything I've read, but could definitely manage for a flying visit.

I do get T3 prescribed on the NHS, but I've increased my dose quite a lot from what I take, so need to self source some more, as the stash I had from Greece is nearly gone.

Please no messages about places to buy online. I am NOT interested in this, only in buying in person in Turkey.
